About the role
6 month Contract | Johannesburg | Hybrid role Financial Services client requires a Senior Process Engineer to join their team and work with senior stakeholders to identify, design and implement strategic process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead business process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis, process mapping, and operating model design.
- Develop business cases, quantify ROI, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver process enhancement projects.
- Drive change management activities to support successful implementation
- Design and monitor process performance metrics, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
- Support process automation initiatives using BPM and RPA methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
What they're looking for
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Min 7 years' experience in Business Process Management (BPM), process improvement, or transformation, coupled with at least 3 years of leadership/management experience.
- Strong experience in process mapping, business analysis, change management, and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, RPA, and process automation methodologies.
