This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury hospitality brand delivering unforgettable African guest experiences. Salary: R20 000 – R23 000

• Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Systems Support Coordinator with proven Nebula experience to support the reservations and operational systems environment within a luxury lodge group.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with system support functions, rates loading and building, managing interfaces, troubleshooting system-related issues, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functionality of reservation and booking systems across the operation.
• This role requires someone highly organised, solutions-driven, and comfortable working within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

What they're looking for

• 5–8 years’ experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment (essential)
• Strong Nebula systems experience (essential)
• Experience with system support, rates building, interfaces, and booking systems administration
• Proven understanding of the lodge environment and luxury hospitality standards
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Passion for tourism, hospitality, and conservation
