About the role

Reservations Consultants – Luxury Game Reserve & Spa – Western Cape Join a world-renowned game reserve and spa celebrated for its service excellence, wildlife conservation efforts, renewable energy initiatives, and community upliftment projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering luxurious African hospitality experiences and unforgettable guest moments. Salary: R20,000 – R22,000 per month Location - Based at Head Office - Green Point

• Handle accommodation and spa reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Coordinate guest itineraries, activities, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Provide concierge services, including transport bookings, recommendations, and guest assistance.
• Process payments and confirmations while maintaining accurate booking and revenue records.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards at all times.

What they're looking for

• 5–8 years’ experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment (essential).
• Nebula reservation system experience (highly beneficial).
• Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (advantageous).
• Proven understanding of the lodge environment and luxury hospitality standards.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with booking systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for tourism, hospitality, and conservation.
