About the role
Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for SAP Functional Consultant (Advanced) to join their team.
- Collaborate with (sub)product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.
- Execute SuccessFactors Functional Testing & System Integration Testing to ensure that high quality software standards are achieved at all times.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
- Troubleshoot issues as part of the 3rd level team.
- Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and update knowledge base articles.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
What they're looking for
- Qualifications/Experience:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work.
- Essential Skills Requirements:
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Learning and talent development process knowledge.
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Strong commitment to quality.
- Advantageous Skills Requirements:
- Technical knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC).
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting).
- Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio.
- Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors.
- Exposure to multinational work environments.
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
