Senior Restaurant Manager – Fast Casual QSR Brand – Newcastle - KwaZulu-Natal A leading high-volume quick service, fast casual QSR restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager for their Newcastle branch. This role requires a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for team leadership, customer service, and driving performance

• The Senior Restaurant Manager will take full responsibility for the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth service delivery, strong team performance, and consistent brand standards. You will oversee all operational areas including staff management, stock control, customer service, and financial performance.
• This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, the ability to motivate large teams, and the discipline to maintain operational excellence in a high-volume environment. You will be accountable for meeting targets, maintaining cost controls, and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
• Salary: R22,500 - R30,000
• Location: Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal
