Such a rich, long history means that we are an established and stable company with a strong infrastructure, while our long-term vision has made us dynamic, adaptable and innovative." thye are now seeking a suitably qualified and motivated Systems Administrator to support and optimize key operational systems across our farming, packhouse, and cooling facilities in the Langkloof region. This role requires a proactive individual with strong systems aptitude, analytical skills, and the ability to support users across multiple business functions.

Systems Support

• Provide daily support for Vitrax, Keyphase, Farm Costing Solutions, and DTP systems
• Respond to and resolve user queries and system-related issues
• Monitor system availability and performance
• Escalate system disruptions to the appropriate support teams
• Ensure accurate system setup and standardisation across sites

Training & Documentation

• Conduct onboarding training for new users
• Facilitate refresher training sessions
• Develop and maintain SOPs and system documentation
• Ensure documentation remains current and accessible

Operational Support

• Assist with batch reconsolidation and variance investigations
• Support packing instruction management
• Ensure loading instructions are submitted timeously
• Support traceability, reporting and data integrity

Master Data Management

• Maintain and verify master data
• Ensure standardisation across operational systems
• Support configuration management and data accuracy initiatives

What they're looking for

• As a minimum a NQF5 National certificate, Degree , Diploma or Higher certificate in Information

Systems/Technology/Systems development

• Minimum 2 years relevant systems support experience
• Strong understanding of operational software and business systems
• Experience with Vitrax, Keyphase, Farm Costing Solutions or similar systems advantageous
• Knowledge and practical experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, AI-assisted business processes and

emerging technologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to assist with critical system issues outside normal working hours when required
