About the role

Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for Training Facilitator to join their team. We are looking for an articulate, highly organized communicator who can master software applications quickly and teach users of all technical levels with energy and passion.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients to lead end-to-end training workflows and deliver engaging, highly effective learning experiences.

• Facilitate Product Training: Deliver professional, high-impact training sessions on in-house software systems (such as CiiMS and Signal Tower) in the internal training center, online, or off-site at client locations.
• Design & Innovate Content: Create, document, and maintain modern training material, facilitator guides, e-learning content, video tutorials, and interactive 1-on-1 learning sessions.
• Manage Program Suitability: Continuously evaluate training curricula to ensure material stays relevant, engaging, up to date, and aligned with client competencies.
• Coordinate & Administer: Handle full lifecycle training administration, including scheduling, booking activities, maintaining training management systems, and tracking student outcomes.
• Support Leadership & Brand: Work directly under the Lead Training Facilitator to execute strategic objectives while promoting core company values in all client-facing interactions.

What they're looking for

The Essentials (Must-Haves):

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a trainer within the IT industry or related technical disciplines.
• Background or training experience in the Mining industry, Health & Safety, or Security-related fields.
• Matric qualification plus a relevant post-graduate qualification.
• Accredited Facilitator and Accredited Assessor credentials with a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to rapidly learn complex software applications and document clear training material.
• Fluent in English with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally, and flexibility to work adjusted hours when required for international training sessions.

The Game-Changers (Highly Advantageous):

• Accredited Moderator certification.
• Experience creating style-based video tutorials or e-learning content for software platforms.
• Strong administrative background in managing learning software or training management systems.
